About Property Time
Property Time magazine (previously known as Property Times) was launched in December 2012 as a first of its kind real estate magazine in Dubai with over 20,000 copies in circulation monthly, which was then doubled to 40,000 copies per month in 2013. Property Time has been recognized by Dubai Land Department as the ‘Best Real Estate Publication’ at Gulf Real Estate Awards. The magazine covers a wide range of topics related to the real estate market in the UAE and the MENA region.

About The Founder
In 2012, Binesh Babu Panicker founded Property Time with a vision to redefine real estate journalism in the UAE. Drawing from his experience as a Sub-Editor at Gulf News, he built a publication rooted in credibility, innovation, and inclusivity.

Under his leadership, Property Time became the only real estate magazine featured in Emirates Airlines’ First and Business Class lounges, solidifying its prestige among industry leaders. His commitment to empowering smaller players led to initiatives like “People’s Chocie Real Estate Awards” and a series of coffee table books, ensuring visibility for all stakeholders. One of his titles “The Wolf Of Real Estate” given to Mohanad Alwadiya, CEO of Harbor Real Estate, continues to retain a special place in the industry even after 11 years.

Recognized for its excellence, Property Time was awarded Best Real Estate Publication by the Dubai Land Department at the Gulf Real Estate Awards 2017. Through strategic branding and unwavering editorial integrity, Binesh has established Property Time as a trusted industry beacon, balancing premium positioning with accessibility.

About People’s Choice Awards
Property Time People’s Choice Real Estate Awards was launched in 2015. This first of its kind concept in the real estate market was well received industry members. The Gala Dinner Awards Night was held at Address Marina Hotel in May 2015 attended by who’s who of the real estate industry, DLD officials, ARRA officials, consulate generals from USA, Thailand, Malaysia etc. The second edition of this prestigious awards is coming soon.
