when we first started planning LIVEL Residenza, we knew that choosing our development partner would be the most important decision we would make. The success and character of a project are defined by the philosophy of the people who build it. Our partnership with the Italian developer Vittoria Group Costruzioni has been instrumental in shaping everything we are creating.

Working with them has been a unique and rewarding experience. There is a certain calmness to their approach to development. You sense poise and confidence in every meeting and decision made on site. This feeling does not stem from arrogance or a desire to impress. It stems from their deep, generational history of craftsmanship and their unwavering focus on quality. Their confidence is quiet because it has been earned through decades of building things meant to last. They let the substance of their work speak for itself. For them, quality speaks for itself.

Their approach differs from what many are accustomed to in a fast-paced market. There is never a reckless rush. Every decision is deliberate, with the long-term impact on residents of every detail considered. You can see this in the materials we selected. For example, we chose Botticino marble and fluted elm wood for their timeless appeal and durability. This commitment is also evident in the thoughtful design of the apartments themselves. The living spaces are 20% larger than the local average because we believe in providing genuine liveability.

We have included practical features that make a real difference, such as walk-in wardrobes in even the studio apartments and balconies that extend the living space and are perfect for relaxation. These are the practical results of a process that prioritises excellence over expediency. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill each home with natural light, creating an open and positive environment.

Our shared vision extends beyond the front door of each apartment and into the wider community. We wanted the entire property to reflect our commitment to improving the living experience. The design by the architectural firm Gandolfi e Mura Architetti Associati was crucial in achieving this, they understood our goal completely. The result is a large Italian garden with an open-air cinema and a dedicated pet park, a space designed for community and relaxation. The swimming pool area, with its distinctive arches, draws inspiration from the stunning coastlines of Sicily and Capri, offering a tranquil retreat within the city. They are carefully planned environments designed to enhance the daily lives of our residents.

This philosophy of well-being is evident throughout the other facilities. The gym and yoga rooms feature warm wooden elements to create a serene atmosphere conducive to exercise and reflection. Drawing inspiration from the rustic charm of Italy’s mountain regions, the sauna offers a unique experience. Every space is designed to feel like an integral part of a cohesive, quality-driven lifestyle.

This approach to construction strikes a chord with me on a personal level. My experiences in business and life have taught me the importance of substance and resilience. I have learned that what you build must have integrity from its foundation up. Finding a partner who not only understands this, but also embodies it in their daily work, is essential.

This shared value forms the true foundation of our collaboration on LIVEL Residenza. Our commitment to quality also entails a responsibility for the future. That is why we are building LIVEL Residenza to meet high environmental standards and target the Green Building Certification. Throughout construction, we are using energy-efficient systems and eco-friendly materials. Building something that will last for generations to come requires us to build it responsibly today. The location in JVC District 17, close to Circle Mall and several international schools, was also a deliberate choice to ensure convenience and a sense of community are integral to the project.

As construction continues, I see more than just a building being built. I see a testament to what can be achieved when a project is guided by an unwavering commitment to quality. This is a different kind of offering for Dubai, built on a foundation of calm confidence. I am incredibly proud to be bringing this vision to life.
