Dubai Land Department to host fourth Real Estate Day for Emirati Employment on 29 October

Dubai Land Department (DLD) is preparing to host the fourth edition of the Real Estate Day for Emirati Employment on Thursday, 29 October 2026, at Address Sky View Hotel.

The event is organised in partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis) and the Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, with the participation of companies operating across the real estate sector.

Its aim is to expand employment opportunities for UAE nationals and strengthen their participation across a wide range of real estate fields and specialisations.

Direct access to the sector’s employers

The fourth edition will provide a platform for direct engagement between Emirati talent and participating companies. Jobseekers, students and graduates will be able to:

  • explore available career opportunities across the real estate sector;
  • understand the requirements of each role; and
  • learn more about professional pathways and long-term career development in real estate.

Building on more than 2,100 opportunities

The event builds on the achievements of DLD’s Real Estate Empowerment Programme, which helped create more than 2,100 employment opportunities for UAE nationals between 2023 and 2026. The programme was delivered through collaboration with government entities supporting Emiratisation and with private-sector companies.

Supporting D33 and the Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033

Through the initiative, DLD continues to strengthen the attraction and development of national talent across the real estate sector and to expand Emirati participation in specialised roles.

These efforts support the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, both of which place human capital and sector competitiveness at the centre of sustainable economic growth.

An open invitation to Emirati talent

Dubai Land Department invites Emirati jobseekers, including students and graduates, to attend the event, engage directly with participating companies and explore career opportunities across the real estate sector.
