Sam McCone is the Managing Partner and founder of McCone Properties, a Dubai-based real estate firm he launched in 2013. Born in Australia and raised in Dubai after his family moved there in 1992, Sam earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the European University of Barcelona before returning to the UAE to pursue property. He began his real estate career in 2011 and established McCone Properties to offer a client-focused, relationship-driven approach to buying and renting across Dubai. As Managing Partner he remains hands-on with clients, specializing in Downtown Dubai, Arabian Ranches 2 and The Springs, and emphasizes clear information, practical options, and long-term service. Over more than a decade in the market, Sam has overseen thousands of transactions and built a team known for local expertise and personalised guidance. Outside work he enjoys endurance sports, supports local charities, and speaks English and Spanish. Sam’s leadership blends international perspective with a deep Dubai connection.
