As Dubai introduced freehold sales, Louise’s foresight positioned her at the forefront of a booming industry, determined to create a boutique agency where client relationships were nurtured, not just transactions made.
Enter Zarah Evans, who relocated to Dubai in 1997 after a global career in senior sales and marketing roles at Qantas Airways. Zarah joined the local property sector with an international outlook and a strong commercial drive, promoting the UAE globally as a relocation destination. She successfully led Links Gulf Real Estate through both the peak years and the post-2008 recovery, demonstrating the resilience that would later complement Louise’s vision.
In 2011, the two joined forces through the merger of their companies, a defining moment that transformed Exclusive Links into a united, powerful brand driven by a shared purpose, mutual respect and a commitment to doing business the right way.
