Acube Abodes Realty has officially broken ground on Altair 52, its latest premium residential development in the rapidly expanding master community of Dubai South. Dubai’s property market is expected to see approximately 120,000 new homes delivered in 2026—a significant rise from 2024/2025. This signals a maturing market with greater buyer choice and potential price stabilization, although luxury segments remain resilient. While the large supply wave will test absorption, historical delays suggest actual deliveries may be lower, easing immediate oversupply concerns as buyers become more selective.
