Their boutique luxury hotel—signed with NH Collection on February 13, 2025—on the pristine Al Marjan Island, which also features 36 fully furnished residences, is already attracting buyers and investors. The Co-Founders of RRS, twin strategists Rajesh and Rakesh Mirchandani, Sanjay Narayandas Dhawan and Sameer Sharad Ved Sameer Sharad Ved, envisioned more than a hotel; they sought a microcosm of ultra-luxury living. “We wanted guests to experience seamless transitions: waking up in a serviced residence, conducting meetings in private meeting rooms, and unwinding at a specialized spa—all within steps of the Arabian Gulf,” explains Rajesh Mirchandani. His background in structuring AED-billion-scale deals and global market analysis ensured the project’s financial and experiential integrity from day one. Rakesh Mirchandani, whose finesse in client relations has been pivotal to RRS’s reputation for exclusivity, elaborates: “Our goal was to blur the line between residential comfort and five-star hospitality. With three decades of experience spanning the UK, GCC, and Europe, Sanjay’s oversight of procurement and REIT-aligned financing mechanisms has ensured this development meets stringent ESG benchmarks while delivering healthy returns for investors.
