To realize this vision, Alta appointed A++ Group as a design partner for interiors and common areas. The collaboration ensured alignment across creative direction, brand integrity, and architectural narrative.
Resin-filled travertine, décortiqué detailing, and optical-white finishes define the project’s palette, complemented by a bespoke furniture line designed exclusively for the residences. Amenities such as a private art gallery, library, spa, gym, and infinity pool extend the Maison’s language of restraint and refinement into every aspect of daily living.
At the crown sits La Maison Blanche, an 18,804-square-foot penthouse that epitomizes the pinnacle of design and engineering, featuring a sculptural travertine pool and uninterrupted sea views.

Mr. C Residences Downtown: Italian Heritage Meets Modern Refinement
Located in Downtown Dubai, Mr. C Residences Downtown, developed in partnership with the fourth-generation Cipriani family’s Mr. C brand, brings Italian sophistication to the city’s urban core. Rising 71 stories, the tower unites Italian heritage with contemporary refinement through architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by 1508 London.
Residences within the Nobile Collection feature half-floor layouts with panoramic views of Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf. Finishes include Calacatta marble, Barovier & Toso chandeliers, and Gaggenau appliances, underscoring Alta’s dedication to material excellence and spatial proportion.
Lifestyle amenities, including a private cinema, rooftop spa, pools, and residents’ lounge, reflect the Cipriani legacy of hospitality translated into modern urban living.
