Developer 25 Degrees Appoints Development Director To Drive Its Next Phase Of Explosive Growth

JOE CHAMBERLIN AS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR, AS THE FIRM ACCELERATES ITS GROWTH IN DUBAI’S BOOMING LUXURY PROPERTY MARKET.

Dubai-based super-prime luxury property developer 25 Degrees has appointed ultra-luxury property industry expert Joe Chamberlin as Development Director, as the firm accelerates its growth in Dubai’s booming luxury property market.

Chamberlin will spearhead 25 Degrees’ response to surging demand for luxury properties, driven by an ongoing influx of UHNWIs. Dubai has cemented itself as one of the world’s leading destinations for the ultra-wealthy, with the UAE projected to see the world’s largest inflow of millionaires in 2025 (Henley & Partners).

Chamberlin brings six years of expertise leading high-end design projects across Dubai and the broader Middle Eastern region to 25 Degrees. He joins from prestigious luxury interior and architectural design firm 1508 London, where he served as Middle East Regional Director. The announcement comes amid soaring demand for luxury property in Dubai, driven by a steady influx of ultra-wealthy expatriates. Foreign buyers now account for 48% of all transactions above AED5 million (Tailored Estate), dominating the luxury segment and driving continued momentum in the real estate market – particularly in the high-end villa sector.

He led the development of flagship luxury hospitality and private residence projects in Dubai and beyond, including the Baccarat Hotel & Residences Dubai, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Villas, the Four Seasons Mauritius, and Peninsula Residences Dubai.

The appointment follows hot on the heels of 25 Degrees’ $100 million acquisition of a rare 90,000 square foot undeveloped plot at the tip of a frond on Dubai’s exclusive Palm Jumeirah and the firm’s announced partnership with award-winning architectural studio Killa Design best known for its work on Dubai’s Museum of the Future and the Marsa Al Arab Hotel.

25 Degrees is a development firm specializing in best-in-class, super-prime residences for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).

Joe Chamberlin, Development Director at 25 Degrees, said: “I’m joining 25 Degrees at a period of explosive growth for the business, as it continues to push the boundaries of luxury living and establish itself as the market leader for luxury villa properties in the city.

“We have many world-class projects already underway and in the pipeline, and we’re working closely with some of the most exciting design talent in the region – there’s real momentum and I’m thrilled to be part of it.”
